Ratevoro ("we", "us") operates ratevoro.com, a public platform where anyone can rate and review professionals, businesses, and streets. By browsing the site or submitting anything to it, you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site — no hard feelings.
Ratevoro is a stage for public opinion. Reviews are the personal opinions of their authors, not statements by Ratevoro. We do not verify the factual claims inside reviews, and a score — high or low — is never our endorsement or condemnation. Ratings are a starting point for your own judgment, not a substitute for it: always verify a professional's credentials, licensing, and fit before hiring them.
These rules are what make Ratevoro worth anyone's trust. Reviews that break them get removed.
Anyone may add a professional or street to the public directory. When you do, you confirm the listing describes a real, findable professional practice, business, or street, using publicly available professional information — not a private individual's personal details. Don't create duplicate, fabricated, or joke listings. Listings belong to the directory once added: they may be edited for accuracy, merged with duplicates, or removed by our moderators, and the person or business listed may claim the page or request corrections at any time.
If a page is about you or your business, you can claim it via the "Claim this profile" button. We verify each claim manually; a successful claim earns the ✔ Verified badge and the ability to respond to feedback and correct listing details. Two things a claim can never do: change a score, or delete honest reviews. The Verified badge means "identity confirmed" — it is not a Ratevoro endorsement of quality.
To keep the platform honest we may, at our discretion and with or without notice: remove or edit content that breaks these terms, merge or correct listings, remove pages entirely, throttle or block abusive traffic, and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities. Anyone can flag a review using the ⚑ report link beneath it; reports go to a human queue. We are not obligated to publish, retain, or archive any content.
You keep ownership of what you write. By submitting a review, listing, or any other content, you grant Ratevoro a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as part of operating and promoting the platform. You are responsible for what you post; make sure you have the right to post it.
Ratevoro is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind — including accuracy of reviews or listings, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ratevoro is not liable for decisions made in reliance on content found here, for user-generated content, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the smallest amount the applicable law allows.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Ratevoro operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes belong exclusively to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
